Shipping Options

We offer standard shipping for all Australian orders and free shipping options based on order value and location. See table below. Rates apply regardless of the number of items in your order.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available to most Australian states and territories. The threshold varies by destination and is shown in the table above. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required. Free shipping is not currently available to WA or NT due to carrier costs.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

During busy periods (including sale events and the Christmas season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll notify you by email if this affects your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your DCUK account or referring to your shipped order email.

Shipping Carriers

We use Australia Post and select courier partners to deliver your orders. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen at checkout. All carriers provide tracking.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard shipping orders.

International Shipping

At this time, DCUK ships to Australian addresses only. We're working on international shipping options — if you'd like to be notified when we launch, please get in touch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. In the case of confirmed loss or damage in transit, we will replace or refund your order.
